How do I receive my products after purchase?

All products are digital downloads. After checkout, you’ll receive a download link instantly for your files (presets, profiles, or IRs). No physical shipment is needed.

Are the presets compatible with my device?

Each product clearly indicates compatible devices (e.g., Helix, Pod GO, Kemper Amp, Headrush, Boss GX-100, Quad Cortex, etc.). Always check the product description before buying to ensure it works with your setup.
