I would like to thank you for your kind gesture and excellent customer service.
I had downloaded some presets for my Mooer GE200+, but unfortunately, I later discovered that the presets were not compatible with the different Mooer models. When I informed you about that, you kindly offered me some free IRs instead as a gesture of goodwill.
I really appreciate your understanding and generosity. Thank you very much for your support and for taking care of the situation in such a positive way. It is greatly appreciated. I ll definitely visit your website very soon for future purchases.
Sounds like a professional mix straight out of the box, seriously
